I had a request on the Channel to show some of my favorite products. So this week I'm giving you a peek at a few of my latest obsessions, from superfoods to body products. Some are fairly new to me, others are trusty staples, but all have been part of my everyday routine lately.
Superfoods
Terrasoul Superfoods Tocos
This is one of my all-time favorite additions to any beverage or raw treat. It's loaded with bio-available Vitamin E and D which are fantastic at hydrating and nourishing skin and connective tissue. It's mild vanilla like flavor and creamy consistency make it an amazing add-in to any smoothie, tea or coffee. I've even put in my fat fudge bars! Terrasoul Superfoods offers 12oz, 24oz and 36oz options, which is fantastic because I fly through this stuff.
Skincare
Juice Beauty Stem Cellular Oil Cleanser
This is one of my favorite oil cleansers. Its blend of organic grapeseed and sunflower oil make it a fantastic option for all skin types, even oily acneic skin! It's lightweight, noncomedogenic and full of vitamins and plant stem cells, making it an equally great option for more mature skin as well. I like using my Qyk Sonic Zoe over this oil cleanser. It leaves my skin incredibly soft after my cleanse.
Carter and Jane The Everything Oil
You all probably are familiar with this Prickly Pear Seed Oil by now. I've done multiple videos on it, this one and this one. It's just too fantastic not to share. With the highest essential fatty acid content of any oil, it has so many benefits. It's noncomedogenic, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and antioxidant. It's high concentration of Vitamin E calms all types of skin irritations. While it's high linoleic acid levels make it great at fighting acne. Make sure you check out lasts week's video to learn more.
Argan Republic Rose Gold Exquisite Day Elixir
I received this oil this past week and it's quickly becoming a favorite. It's a blend of Argan oil (rich nourishing noncomedogenic moisture), Raspberry Seed oil (a natural form of SPF thats high in antioxidants) and Rosehip Seed oil (a natural source of both vitamin C and A that protects and prevents UV damage). This is a fantastic summer facial oil for all skin types, especially those in need of a little extra moisture and protection. Plus, its blend of organic neroli, ylang ylang and rose otto is a treat in itself.
Argan Republic Jade Eye Mask
Holy moly guys! I never knew I needed such a thing but, it's official, I do! This mask is a little slice of heaven! The weight of the stones helps to drain stagnant lymph from the eyes and open the sinuses. The coolness of the jade is incredibly soothing which also helps to de-puff and tighten the skin. Jade has been used for thousands of years as part of beauty rituals and, I'm telling you, it's here to stay! I've been carving out 10-15 minutes in the evenings to wear the mask. It's a great companion to any meditation or breath work you might already be doing.

Bodycare
Andalou Naturals Kukui Cocoa Nourishing Body Butter
This is my go to body moisturizer. I've been without it for a few months and I'm so happy to have it back in rotation. It's thick and rich but absorbs fully into the skin. You don't feel like you're wearing something but you do feel moisturized. I love the Kukui Cocoa scent, a little tropical, a little vanilla, but they make a rose and citrus option too. It's super affordable which is also a plus, this girl's on a budget, and you can find it in most "natural sections" of grocery stores now.
Pro tip: Apply you body butter to damp skin fresh out of the shower. This also locks in moisture and it'll help you spread your lotion on without over using product.
Devita Solar Body Moisturizer SPF 30
This is my favorite everyday SPF. It's summer so I'm slathering it on. I like it best because it doesn't feel sticky or tacky like a traditional sunscreens. Instead, it feels more like a body lotion. It has good wear if you're looking for all day protection. However, as with all natural SPFs, if you're out in direct sun exposure make sure to reapply every two hours.
Mix these two together for extra moisture plus SPF!
Makeup
Hint Beauty Duet Perfecting Concealer
This is my favorite concealer. I've tried so many (RMS, Jane Iredale, Vapour beauty, Juice Beauty - YIKES, Pacifica, Zuzu Luxe)! Its blend of jojoba, castor and avocado oils make it moisturizing so you never have to worry about crepey under eyes. I've battled with under eye darkness as long as I can remember and this concealer gives me the best coverage. Plus, it's super affordable, lasts forever and can double as a foundation. Five stars!
Modern MineralsLip Gloss in Violet Rose
Normally I wear a pretty bold, usually red, lip. But this summer I've been opting for more natural and glowy makeup. This means I wear a gloss instead of my usual matte lipstick. I like how this gloss gives just a hint of color and enhances your own. It's made with a blend of organic avocado, castor, coconut, sunflower, pomegranate and blackberry oils making it incredibly moisturizing. When I want a little extra pop, I layer it over the next lipstick.
Burt's Bees Lipstick in Brimming Berry
I used to boycott Burt's but it's just so darn affordable. How can you not own one or five of their lipsticks? Is it the cleanest option? No. But even I'm not perfect. It does have a moisturizing blend of moringa and raspberry seed oils, beeswax and vitamin E. And I love this fuchsia berry color. I dab it on, sheer it out almost like a stain and layer the Modern Minerals lip gloss over the top.
